Let’s talk CONSISTENCY 🏆 My biggest advice for anyone starting the year with their new health & fitness goals is…BE CONSISTENT. – At this time, many of you will adopt a more ‘extreme’ approach…and this is why we end up falling off the bandwagon before long. They say the first 90 days is most crucial in setting you up for success, so how you approach this is everything.🙏🏼 – If you want to reach your goals this year you need to focus on CONSISTENCY & progress…rather than perfection. Most people make the mistake of going to hard too soon…expecting to see results after just a few days of hitting the gym and eating healthy. Its in our nature to seek instant results so when we don’t get it…our motivation and drive can be lost. 😔 – It’s better to give 80% each day than 100% for a couple days then completely derail and give 0% effort toward your goal. ‼️ – This means stepping back from ‘extremes’ and finding balance so you can stick to, enjoy and feel good when it comes to your training and nutrition. 🙌🏻💪🏼 – It shouldn’t be an ‘all in or all out’…black and white approach. It is inconsistent and therefore the reason you may not be getting the results you deserve. – Remember…even small steps in the right direction mean you are always moving forwards. 🏆🙌🏻

As we near the close of another year…here are some of my thoughts & what I’ve learned this year. – 💗Happiness is everything & should be top priority. 💗You have the power to take control of your life and your actions. 💗You are stronger than you think. 💗Success is not handed to you. Dream big and work hard EVERY DAY. It pays off! 💗No one is perfect. Everyone is human. We all make mistakes. 💗Invest your time and energy into people & things wisely. 💗Do things with intention. 💗If you don’t believe In yourself, nobody will. You are a worthy capable beautiful human. 💗Love yourself first and foremost. Body confidence & self love. 💗Be grateful. Don’t get so focused on the big picture that you forget the little things in life. 💗Your health should never be taken for granted. Appreciate your body and what you are capable of doing. 💗Who you surround yourself with matters. Be around those who are hard workers, genuine, positive, inspiring & knowledgable people…that energy rubs off on you. 💗Not everyone is life will understand your vision, your choices & your journey.
