Mikä ero! Näin paljon fitnesstähden vartalo muuttuu vuoden aikana

Miss Bikini Fitness -maailmanmestari Lauren Simpson esitteli Instagramissa, miten paljon hänen vartalonsa muuttui viime vuonna.

Vasemmalla oleva kuva on otettu viime vuoden tammikuussa, jolloin hän oli juuri palannut joululomilta ja painoi 56 kiloa. Hän kertoo menettäneensä lomien aikana paljon lihasmassaa.

Keskimmäinen kuva on kesäkuulta, jolloin Simpson painoi 64 kiloa.

My body had gone through different phases last year! 😅💗 – My next 8 week challenge intake starts Monday! 😱 FINAL DAYS OF SIGN UPS! 👇🏼 Hit link in my bio: @LAURENSIMPSON – – ➡️JANUARY: 56kg. I’d just come back from a holiday overseas. Not weights training much, more cardio than usual & eating low calories. Not tracking. Lean but lost A LOT of muscle & needed to build calories back up. ➡️JUNE: 64kg. POWERLIFTING prep. Strength focus with my training & goal to gain muscle. Eating in a calorie surplus. ➡️SEPTEMBER: 58kg. WBFF WORLDS. 8 weeks between Powerlifting & Worlds. Calorie deficit, strictly tracking macros. Goal was to shred down & maintain as much muscle! – – I spent a few months in a calorie surplus lasyyear. I didn’t have abs or definition as usual. I gained body fat. BUT…I got strong AF and also gained lots of muscle which then went on to be a WBFF Bikini World Champion physique! 🏆 – Girls, to build a good amount of muscle you need to be eating more food (surplus of energy). Ideally yes we want to limit the fat we put on but it is inevitable that a little fat gain will come. – Yes it is hard mentally to put on weight. For me my job is to look a certain way so I struggled initially seeing my body change, but ultimately you need to look ahead at the long term goals. Take a few steps back to make big long term progress. 💪🏼 – This is must a reminder to embrace all stages of your journey. 💗 – P.s. FINAL DAYS to sign up for my next 8 week challenge. SHRED. BUILD. STRONG. Let’s do this!

As women I think we have a hard time being judged on social media. Sometimes I worry if my content is ‘too sexy’ or too much. – We encourage each other to feel empowered, love the skin you are in and to be body confident yet still we are criticised for this exact thing…leaving us feeling vulnerable to the world. – I am STRONG. I am EDUCATED. I am an ATHLETE. I am a BUSINESS WOMAN….but I also love to get glammed up and do photoshoots. 💁🏼‍♀️ – For me I grew up feeling insecure and lacked a lot of self confidence…so to now be in front of a camera doing my thangggg makes me pretty damn proud of myself. It’s the same with being on stage in front of a room full of people…yes it’s scary and intimidating…but stepping out of your comfort zone is the only way to progress and grow. – There is nothing wrong with showing your body, being confident in who you are, being fearless and feeling beautiful. OWN IT. – A strong women is one that is in control of her life and confident in who she is. 🙌🏻👑 – – 📸 @ajkphotography1

Fat loss doesn’t NEED to be your only goal. When we think about health and fitness the first thing we typically associate it with it ‘weight loss’ and ‘shredded abs’. Which is quite sad really as there is SO much more that can be offered.
- Fat loss isn’t the only option you have to work towards! There is more to life than just losing weight. – For me…I want to be STRONG. 💪🏼 – For many years when I first started my journey I spent 99% of my time stressing about how much I weigh…being a slave to the scales, starving myself to get lean, training because I purely wanted to burn calories & just wasn’t happy or confident in myself. – Being strong has shown me how capable my body is of doing things I never imagined. I appreciate my body for what it is and I’ve gained so much confidence. – Lifting weights gives you a sense of real empowerment. – Having strength goals allows me to take a step back from being so consumed about ‘aesthetics’ and train for performance. I find this highly motivating and another reason why I can stay in shape year round – I love training…it’s never a chore! My body is just a by product of it. – So girls – get in the gym & lift some bad ass weights! 💪🏼💜😈

Don’t allow other people’s opinions to dictate your life. It’s an immediate loss of happiness when you lose that control & try be something you are not. – What I have learned over the years on social media is that no matter what, no matter who you are, what you do…there will always be people that have opinion, might not like you or what you have to say on here. – Everyone these days seems to judge people without the context. Everyone is so quick to judge what you put out to the world. Almost every day I read negative DMs or comments from random people trying to make me feel down. – Judgment shouldn’t dictate your behaviour. You are valuing others opinions too much if that’s the case. You don’t want to go through life not doing what you love because you are worried about what other people are thinking or saying. – It’s then your fault you aren’t doing your thing. You shouldn’t be scared. You only have one life. Live it for yourself not anyone else. You do you. For you. ♥️ – – New image from my recent shoot in LA with @ryanastamendiphotography 📸 what do you think?
