Yhdysvaltalainen Instagram-tähti ja Rillit huurussa -sarjan luoja  Chuck Lorren vaimo Arielle Lorre on kokenut kahdessa vuodessa muodonmuutoksen alettuaan noudattaa trendikästä BBG-ruokavaliota.

NUTRITION is so powerful 💥 these photos are almost 3 years apart and the thing that has remained constant in this time has been my commitment to a clean diet. I have changed my exercise routine countless times, taken time off, had periods of zero motivation and periods when I’m on fire, but I am ALWAYS meticulous about what I put in my body. Yes, healing my gut and hormones has been an enormous part of my journey; but those things can’t happen…without a good diet! I can’t stress it enough. That doesn’t mean count every macro and eat only leaves and don’t eat before 10 or after 6 and no fruit and low carb and high fat and no dessert and whatever else we think when we think “clean” – it just means real food! For all my favorite recipes (52 of them) and a sample meal plan make sure you get my cookbook, link in bio ❤️ A lot of us have NO idea how good we can feel when we eat well! ⚡️ • • • • • #beforeandafter #progresspic #bbg #bbgtransformation #bbgcommunity #fitspo #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitgirl #workoutmotivation #fatloss #macros #transformation #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #fitlife #fitlifestyle #bbgprogresspic #transformationtuesday #guthealth #hormones #bloating #healthyhormones #tbfguthealth #nutrition #cleaneating

Have you ever thought about all the time you’ve spent worrying about your body? I can remember vivid memories all the way back to adolescence when I picked apart this or that, worried about what I ate, or tried diet and exercise to look a certain way. Yes, even as a kid. When I look back on the last few years – while I have fallen in love with taking care of myself and that critical voice has quieted to an occasional whisper – there have still been moments of fear that this meal or that cookie or that day or week off will undo everything I’ve worked for. And for what? What good does all that worry do (other than raise cortisol 😆😒)? When I look at pictures from various points in my fitness journey it is evident that the worry is not constructive. In fact when I went through a phase of worry and approached nutrition and exercise from a place of fear (center) I felt run down all the time and eventually hit a wall. This year I’ve let that go, considerably loosened up on my approach (though I still firmly believe eating clean is the foundation for a healthy body), and my body hasn’t changed much externally. Anyway, what I’m saying is that when we consistently treat our bodies well over time, they consistently respond. Let’s use that energy we expend fretting over ourselves on something positive! xo 💕

A lot of you have asked me about #PCOS and I would love to dedicate some posts to it, but in reality I am still figuring it out myself • I have polycistic ovaries, super irregular periods, major bloating, carry my weight around my midsection and have hormone imbalances, but don't have some of the external symptoms that many women suffer • #macros and #BBG have helped a LOT helping with losing fat especially around my waist/stomach, but unfortunately there's no way to target JUST that area. I know for many people, a lower carb diet is recommended for PCOS but I can't do that 😆 • my doctors are using eastern & western medicine approaches to help regulate my hormones, so progesterone 5 days/month, weekly acupuncture, and individualized herbal teas and supplements (plus evening primrose oil) • even doing all of this, my hormones are STILL out of whack much of the time and it is SO frustrating, as it affects everything from appetite to energy to mood to sleep 😖 that said I am really trying to heal my body naturally rather than just taking a pill 💊 I would LOVE to hear your experiences with PCOS and anything that has helped your symptoms! xoxo ❤️ #tbfpcos
